• 본 서비스를 이용하여 발생한 실제 투자 손실에 대해 운영자는 어떠한 책임도 지지 않습니다.

제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 운영자가 제공하는 모의투자 시뮬레이터 서비스의 이용 조건을 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (서비스의 내용)
- 본 서비스는 가상의 암호화폐를 이용한 모의투자 게임입니다.
- 서비스 내 모든 거래, 가격 변동, 뉴스는 가상으로 생성되며 실제 시장과 무관합니다.
- 서비스는 무료로 제공되며, 광고(Google AdSense)가 포함될 수 있습니다.
- 실제 화폐, 암호화폐의 입출금 기능은 없습니다.
제3조 (이용자의 의무)
- 이용자는 본 서비스가 교육·오락 목적임을 이해하고, 게임 결과를 실제 투자 판단의 근거로 삼지 않아야 합니다.
- 이용자는 서비스를 불법적인 목적으로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
- 이용자는 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위를 하지 않아야 합니다.
제4조 (면책 조항)
- 운영자는 본 서비스의 이용으로 인해 발생한 어떠한 직접적, 간접적, 부수적, 결과적 손해에 대해서도 책임을 지지 않습니다.
